Cloning a drive is the preferred method for moving data from old to new drives. Of course the complication here is that you need a means to have both old and new drives attached at the same time. That is why I suggested the NVMe to USB adapter. A little slow (USB), but works good.
Macrium Reflect is the desired cloning software on this forum. The free version should work just fine. Research the software for yourself.
If that is too much trouble or expense, then by all means install a fresh Windows 10 platform.
Please remember to keep a copy of all your data and a copy of the eSupport Folder as well., on a USB. The eSupport Folder has the ASUS Installation Wizard that can be used to install all your original drivers and programs that came with your computer.
