G531gu shutdown in CPU test

Hello and thanks for reading...
i bought new asus g531gu laptop yesterday and tested it with "Intel Processor Diagnostic tool"...in test, suddenly pc shutdown and restart again..
i test pc with other software like aida64 and cpu-z and there is no problem..
can you please help why pc shutdown when test with intel software?

Check your temperature while testing.

temp is ok and aroud 80....in battery test is passed!!!!
only in ac power mode test cause shut down.....

In battery mode it is power limited and the temps are much lower.

two times in battery test is passsed but agian even in battery test cause shtdown...:(:(

Maybe faulty battery, bad connection or some software issue.
First thing I would do is open it and check the battery connection if it got loose. Than would backup my drive and reset OS or make a clean install with no additional software and make the tests again. Finaly - RMA.

Rest os and nothing changed...
Both in battery and ac problem insist...
My friend has this laptop and he has no problem...

I run this test in dos mode and it worked and passed...but in windows mode there is problem

Try with clean Windows install and don't even enter serial, just for the test. It would take you 20 minutes. (Better backup drive before that).
