It's obvious that newegg and/or asus have been knowingly selling defective laptops. And it's shameful that I come here and read members trying to get people to by angled cords as a remedy.
asus should have issued a recall. I would have backed up my hard drive. I'm calling BBB and complaining to Texas AG.
