There is a BIOS bug.
1: F2 to enter BIOS
2: go to Exit and load User default.
3: F10 to save and exit.
4: F2 to enter BIOS again
5: go to Exit and load User default.
6: F10 to save and exit. copied from;

Should only have to do that procedure once, then should always work. Do it all on the same power cycle.

take out everything out of your USB Ports, SD Slot and empty out your CD Rom Drive, make sure your SSD is set to boot as the primary device in Bios. Unplug your Battery, plug it back in 2-3 times.
Now try to boot!
