G501JW Unable To Connect to NVIDIA, Anyone Facing the same Problem?

Hi,

Bought this laptop(G501JW-CN117H) few weeks ago.
When I first boot up,win8.1,then upgrage to win10. Then I noticed this problem.
Then I made a factory restore setting. Back to win8.1 and upgrade again to win10,still facing the same problem.
I did google this problem,before come here,do the "Services" thing as they suggested,but my NVIDIA Network Service status is "Running",not "Starting". No hope.

I did try to unstall and re-install the driver from Asus site. Still no hope.
Anyone facing the same problem?

If you are talking about the Nvidia Geforce experience software,then I have the same problem.
When trying to open the software, it freezes and shortly afterwards explorer stops working.

Problem started to show after I upgraded from Win 7 to win 10.
I haven't done much troubleshooting yet, since the software isn't that important.
I'll get back to you if I come up with anything.

Yes,the Geforce Experience. Mine not freeze,just keep telling can't connect.
I did tried after done some Google,but,my case is different at the "Services".
