My question is simple as the title itself. I'm impressed with the current G501 gaming notebook as it has cutting edge hardware inside a beautiful slim chassis but will their be a Broadwell or Skylake updated notebook withing next 2-3 months? I'm looking for a slim and light notebook which has a quad core i7 and GTX 900 series graphics, better if it is equipped with i7 5700HQ with HM97 or i7 6700HQ with HM170, 16 gigs of ram and GTX 960m or higher with doubled VRAM.
Please let me know if there will be a newer model of the same laptop with upgraded specs or an alternative that has similar specs and slim and light form factor. Thank you.
