G46VW Battery life halfened after adding SSD

Hey guys, I added my crucial m500 240gb ssd, and I clean installed windows 8.1 pro and I noticed that my battery life is kind of short now. I get around 3 hours browsing the web when I used to get a little over 4. Just wondering if this is normal

I wouldn't think so, there are no moving parts in a SSD as compared to a hard drive with spinning plates and head tracking all around looking for data.

Have you checked your battery wear level? That could be a problem.
