G46V problems with a 3-key combination

On my G46V I can't press SHIFT+W+3 simultaneously. I can press SHIFT+W+1 or 2 or 4 or 5 or any other combination but this particular one does not work! Any ideas on how to fix this? I need it for a game I play.
Works fine on an external keyboard, but not the laptop keyboard.

Tried reinstalling the ATCPI or whatever it's called, the one with hotkeys and light for keyboard, but it didn't work. Also tried without it to no avail.
