Fn + F9 doesn't work.

Recently, i installed a mice driver device and suddenly the touch pad suddenly doesn't disable and making me harder to play a game or surfing. Any solution for that? Mine is G55VW.

What OS are you running? Somebody else, running windows 8, was having similar issues started a thread here.

In the end he ended up needing to do a clean install of the OS. I would say it would probably be a good idea to make sure all of your drivers for the touchpad are up to date before you take it that far though.

I'm running windows 8. It all started when i installing razer mice device.
I always checking up for the up to date. It said that my drivers is up to date.
why should i do next?
any other option?
Im checking on internet, that said unstalling the device and installing with new one. Didn't dare to do that.

just a thought, you said that the problem started when you installed a new mouse driver correct? I'm assuming that the new driver is for a usb mouse. Have you tried uninstalling the driver for the new mouse and seeing if that fixed the problem? If not then maybe this revealed a greater issue.

(I know that if uninstalling your new mouse fixes the issue it doesn't really solve your problem. I'm just trying to think of ways to narrow down where the issue might lie.)

yup, it started when i started installing a new mice drivers. The touch pad doesn't disable. Even i try many times.
uninstalling it doesn't solve my problem. I try that one.

so now what is your problem? function key or razer mouse can not use? if function key, please install ATK driver, if razer mouse, please check driver for win 8 or not.

the function key for FN + F9. It's doesn't work after i installing razer mouse driver. The razer mice a working properly as usual. I wanna disable the touch pad. It hard for me to move around when in any situation.
