Hi forum,

i have called the ASUS's assistance and i have explained the problem on the my G74Sx. Well, i must send it to repair! The problem is:

1.electrostatic shock on keyboard when the note is it plug in to the AC;

2. The key "canc" not responding;

3. The wi-fi not receives the signal properly

With G71gx i have chenged the note 2 times, with G74Sx also, i believe that the G series are not reliable PC's!

I asked to ASUS, by email, to change my machine, also because i work with it, with other model compared to an economic balance... I hope they help me, otherwise i will address to other company!

Symho,

Does this issue exist when the laptop is on battery?

Have you tried replacing the AC Adapter?

It sounds like improper grounding in the AC or perhaps a bridged connection between the power and the chassis

I have tried in many other places and the problem persists! I don't have tried a different Ac Adapter why the assistance don't have changed the first time that i have sent this note!
