Does "dynamic performance" fan cause damage to my laptop?

I recently bought an ASUS Vivobook. It has an i7-12700H processor and Intel UHD graphics. I came across this pre-installed app called "MyASUS" and discovered that I can adjust the fan speed based on my tasks. Sometimes I do light-moderate gaming like Skyrim (I only play really old games, not triple AAA games coz i know I don't have the powerful gpu for those). When I decide to game or do video editing, I switch to the "dynamic performance" fan profile. Is this safe to use? Won't this damage the fan or other internal components of the laptop? The fan noise is a bit loud (i know it's kinda normal) but won't this have any bad effects to the hardware of the laptop? Thanks a lot!
