This could be due to one of the ASUS drivers or software programs that doesn't know how to deal with it. My recommendation would be to uninstall any ASUS software you aren't using and to make sure that the rest is updated to the latest version.
Also, you can turn off restart on BSOD so that you can actually read the message. They aren't always helpful but it might give you an idea.
