Different between D and H in product codename?

I heard from some people that ASUS do build lower quality machines for some markets. For custom versions (not standard versions for a specific country), H is the standard quality version, D is the lower one, for example G751-T7075D. Is it true?
After some learning, i'm sure it's not randomly named. There must be a difference.

The notebook quality is totally uniform. You buy a G751 you get a G751. The suffix is created for sales in each country as a unique SKU so they can keep track of memory/HDD/optional feature differences that are listed on the product page.
