I just got it from FedEx today, they replaced the screen and everything seems to be working.
I was hoping they would update the BIOS as I don't want to risk losing the keyboard lights, but no such luck.
I'm still having issues playing Blu-Ray as all disks freeze after 20 seconds or so.
I'm using power DVD 10 with no luck.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that nothing else fails.
