Dead Pixels (maybe)

This morning I found a tiny dot on my laptop screen, tiny as maybe say 3-4 pixels I tried to wipe it off but it seems its from inside it is not going away. I goggled and found something about dead pixels.
So is that it??? and how long is it going to be stuck there???
My laptop is G75VX I bought it in February '13.
Should I have to contact the service center??? Is it that serious???
I am really freaking out. Please HELP and thanks in advance.

i think you still in warranty, so you are better to contact with service center.

ok whatever that dots were, they were eventually gone, I don't know how or what they were but anyways my notebook's screen is almost all clear now (there are few little say 1-2 pixels black spot which appears and unnoticeably disappears).
