Just call the hotline to Asus in Norway and they will set you up with RMA and information for what to do for ship your defect product. Almost a month ago I sent my Asus G73SW to
Anovo, but sadly the day after they received my computer they went bankruptcy
😞 So I think the new enterprise (fixing computers and other stuff) is called
Nordic Service (I hope I managed to find the right side for the enterprise :P) because I have a another computer Asus X50DAB series, wich was broken (the screen was black, mostly because the LED backlit was broken, but suddenly one day it was working all fine again :S :)).
I had to call the
Asus hotline again and they said I had to send my receipt to Nordic Service (didn't get any mail adress to send it to :P) and then register the RMA/Case i had to them and so on.
When you are talking with Asus hotline, just tell your issue and he or she will help you out to what to do
