CPU Upgrade

Hey guys/gals,
I wanted to know if it was possible to upgrade the CPU in the G73jh laptop? I currently have the
I7 -Q720 @ 1.60Ghz. And while I am at it, am I able to upgrade past my 8gb of memory?
