I figure this CPU is a Zephyrus so it might be useful to post here. mine is Asus StudioBook 16 Pro 13980hx, RTX ADA 3000. I already repaired windows tries Creator Hub, G-Helper and windows powerplans and still cannot make the CPU go faster than 1.7Ghz under full load (using CPUZ stress test).
any help appreciated? I would rather not do factory reset as it will take me many days to have the laptop as I need to be (settings, apps, etc).
