COD: Ghosts multiplayer issues.

I can not connect to the multiplayer servers. No matter my 60+mbs down speed. I have asked the IT dept. at school if it is an issue with the firewall, and they said it was not. I contacted Activision support and they could not tell me a solution.

Does anyone have any idea as to what it could be?

At my school, any multiplayer game does not work when I'm connected wired, but does work when connected through wifi. I can't explain it and neither can the IT people.
