cant get my full G750Jx 16 GB ram amount

i've G750Jx 16 GB ram , win 8.1 pro 64-bit , Nividia GTX 770M 3GB
first of all everything was normal for a year till i discover this problem , as the attachment shows i have 16 GB , and there is 13.4 GB useable idk what is this and this is the first time i saw it ,
the second picture shows total available Graphic Memory is 9948 MB, ast time i checked for a month ago it was 11xx MB not 99xxMB
so where is this drop and how to fix it
sry guys for talking alot but this is really annoying problem makes me feel angery

You have to enter bios and then set the dedicated graphics card memory. It probably changed as you increased the local ram.

Something reserved your memory for something)) It can be app or another stuff even windows. Remember what you installed or done with your lappy before you saw it and try to config. It cant be bios cause you don't have such settings available to change at least you flashed unlocked rom.

Total available video memory means that your gpu will use some ram when will run out of it's own dedicated memory which in your case is 3072mb so it's ok I have 12xxxmb total video memory but only 4gb dedicated so there is nothing to worry about.
