Cant boot with recovery partition

so, again my dad decided to restore the laptop with the recovery discs but something is wrong with them and they just erase everything but the recovery partition, i know the recovery partition still works and is there because it happened once and somehow i was able to boot using the partition (i think i just maked it as active) but this time doesnt work i press F9 but it tells me to "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected......"

as you can see the Recovery partition in Disk 1 is there but everything else was erased

i need to find a way to use the recovery partition data to restore to factory because "installing a clean windows and then install all the drivers" is not an option for my dad...

basically what i need is a way to be able to boot with that partition OR a way to use the data found on that partition to make something like an USB bootable with the same function.

the last time it happened it was the same, had no windows but i managed to use the recovery partition, i dont know what is different i thought it was just a matter of "marking as active the recovery partition" but that is not enough

Sorry, probably need to look into this more, but as far as I know, your recovery partition should not normally be on your data drive which you probably already know.

Not sure if it can work, but you might try to 'trick' the system to reinstall Windows to your data drive and make that the boot drive instead.
Couple things you can try for this is to either disable your 'C:' drive hard drive in the bios if the system insists on making it the active drive, or maybe just physically remove it if you can do this without any problem.

There might still be more things you need to do to make your data drive 'active' or bootable to use the recovery partition which others can hopefully suggest if necessary, but you seem to know some about making partitions active already.

Otherwise, not sure if you want to work more on getting the recovery disks to work, but if you only have 2 recovery disks (instead of the multiple disks from an AI Recovery back-up), you should be able to skip the second disk (by powering off the notebook when it asks for it) to continue installing Windows without any drivers if you want to try this, but wouldn't expect your second disk to be bad normally.
You can just finish installing drivers in Windows if this works.
Of course, you don't want to try the recovery disks on the drive with the recovery partition in case it is erased, so make sure everything is set up correctly if you try them again.

well sorry i didnt said it at first, actually that is the original HD of the laptop, but im using another HD with windows and drivers installed to see the status of the original HD.
i have a question, if i reinstall windows it will not erase the recovery partition? also every time i try booting the recovery partition i remove my HD (the one i used for the screenshot)

I think your Recovery Partition is not functional, it's not formatted correctly.
It shouldn't be in FAT32 format, plus you don't have the EFI system partition.
That's why you are getting the error message "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected......".
