Buying a new laptop

Hello !

First of all, I'm new to this forum, so if this post isn't in the good section, I'm sorry.
Second, excuse me for my english, I'm french but the french forum isn't really active.

So, my problem is that I'm planning to buy a new laptop (yeah, a ROG one) but I don't know which of them.
After some research, 3 laptop got my attention:

- the ASUS ROG G750JH-T4109H,
- the ASUS ROG G750JH-T4071H,
- the ASUS ROG G750JH-T4138H.


I've got some questions which will help me to choose.

1) What do you think about these laptops ?

2) What are the differences between these 3 laptops ? (except the HDD) Which of theme is the best ?

3) Is there better ROG laptops around this price ?

4) Will ASUS ROG release new laptops in the upcoming months ? I don't know as it's been a long time I didn't follow the "ROG" news.

No worries about your English, we can read it. 🙂 I moved this thread to the appropriate section of the forum, no problems there. Sorry I didn't answer this earlier. I saw it two days ago, but was too busy at the time to answer. 😞

Any of them would be fine, the major difference is the HDD or the amount of RAM. Considering that both of those things are easily upgradeable on the G750, I would recommend going with the cheapest one and upgrading everything yourself if you need to.

Better ROG laptops, probably not. Key thing is screen size. If you like the 17" screen size, then these are fine. If you like 15", then G55 is the way to go.

take the first or the last one because they give Free AC IV coupon with it 🙂
i would recommend the last one more than the other because of the dual 750Gb 7200rpm HDD's else you wanna add an ssd then take the last on your list 🙂

Ok, thank you 😄 And I'm sorry I made two threads in two different sections as I didn't knew where to go, so now, both of them are in "G750 Series Notebooks"

Thanks a lot for your advices guys, I've got some more in the other thread so now, I think I'll go for the ASUS ROG G750JH-T4109H or the ASUS ROG G750JH-T4138H.

As I asked in the other thread: with which settings do you think I will run BF4, Arma III, etc. (with 50/60 FPS, or more) with these laptops ?
