The audio issues got fixed with a Realtek driver update and in case you are having issues check your driver version.
The latest driver with the fix is: V6.0.1.7432

😃Another would be Asus splendid video, some say it messes with the colors so most uninstall that too but that is what I have read so far on the forum I did not have it installed to see the problem myself.
Explore the forum a bit more if you want to feel safer with what your first steps will be, also it is recommended that one of the first things you should do is make a backup with Asus Backtracker.
