I was in a really heavy dillema for the past week whether to wait for G752 or just buy G751jy
then I saw memory express selling a g751jy (g-sync) for 2378 CAD (about 1793 usd) after price match. So I just pulled the trigger! but ofc.. there's always 13% tax.. on top of it. god dmn Canada!
Hopefully I made the right decision, I will be really, really sad if something like shady g-sync incident happens and g752 would get some exclusive features from dx12 while my newly purchased g751jy would be left unsupported.
One of the reasons why I just bought g751 is that I think G752 with 980m might have some crazy price tag in Canada when it arrives here due to ever declining looney value, and that THICK bezel of G752 almost made me puke!
😞 Besides, I don't really care about 6th gen cpu and overclocked 980m out of box. But I think I would have liked ddr4, thunderbolt3, 30 key roll over and dust release cooling system. welll, what's done is done and my laptop is already on its way to me so I hope I'll be a happy g751 owner til pascal gpu laptops would bring some significant performance increase to gaming laptop world
for anyone who's intersted(though I think everyone here already owns one) it's
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX57993 before they were selling it 2899 while best buy sells it for 2400 so I was able to get 10% of the difference as a discount after the price match, now they sell it for 2399cad aftered they matched my price. lol
