During installation the displayed Build info was something like 5 - Aug - 2015 (!)

Hmm, I could swear that I saw 8 October build date during installation.....unless it's Murica date format then indeed August. Oh well, but it was still released in October! 😛

The build was Aug 2015. The file October 2015.
I'm afraid the last 2 firmwares were released just for Win 10 power issues and resume compatibility... No G-Sync or anything else...

The past few ones have just been firmware updates for the power controller (or so the descriptions say), nothing special.
You shouldn't randomly be flashing BIOS files because they're new...

Yea I already bricked a few machines while flashing the bios..i was just wondering because my cpu is overheating for no reason..extremely..and i just bought this laptop.
