g73jh will not play dvds

Hi i have g73jh and since the day i bought it it will not play dvds,it also does not detect disks alot of the time..i called support went through their walk through and it fixed nothing....im running windows 7 home premium...just trying to figure out...

BF Hardline crashes

it's driving me crasy, the game just crash and Nvidia Driver says it's not responding so it was reset, after that the 3D is broken !I have to reinstall Nvidia driver or reboot in order to make 3D apps work again !
