Only 2 Speakers Working After I Upgraded to windows 10

Only my front speakers work. After I Upgraded to windows 10. All the other speakers and sub no longer work. I have 7571 realtek Driver. I have tried downgrading to windows 8.1 but still had the same problem. Am I missing any other drivers or software...
