g501tw-bh17n12 system wont boot

I recently acquired this laptop and attempted to factory restore it from the login screen (Windows 10). Now whenever I power on the laptop, windows does not boot. It only flashes the ROG logo off and on. Any suggestions to fix this? Thanks!!
