G74 SATA Interface

Does anybody know which interface the G74 uses for hdds? I am contemplating installing an SSD for the boot drive and would like to know if its worth the extra $ to go for a SATA III (6gbs) ? Thanks for your help!!

G73SW-3DE High Idle cpu?

I measured using core temp, certain times it rage from 45'c - 50'c I just bought this notebook last month. It was on High Performance mode minimum and maximum processor state are at 100% setting via power 4 gear hybrid.

No BIOS love for G73 and G53 SW's?

Ive been looking at ASUS website and pretty much alot of the laptops fron N, K series and the G sx series got new BIOs updates some even supporting new CPU's...these are al HM65 chipsets too...So wheres the love for the G SW's? -_-
