Asus G75VW Screen Upgrade

I have a G75VW-BB71-CB which only has a screen resolution of 1600x900, and I was wondering if I buy an 1920x1080 screen if it would be compatible for install on my model, if possible, I would like to also upgrade it to 3D.Zimmy
