Battlefield 4 crash (dx error)

in middle of rounds bf4 crashes with a DX error.

latest nvid's and realteks, a medium OC. Haven't ****ed with much. anyone else have this problem?

had same problem yesterday, after the patch. Go to your Documents/Battlefield 4/Settings and delete PROFSAVE_profile. After that , start the game re-bind your keys,but do not adjust Video Settings - just leave it at AUTO.

It's a weird one and lots of people are affected by it. It can pop up during SP more often than MP. Go figure.

I played last night for hours with a buddy. He crashed multiple times, i never did, and we both got disconnected a bunch. He even BSOD and his comp never does that.

I think it's just launch bugs, there were many times in game weird stuff happened as well. A jet ski exploded and killed us both just because we got off at the same time (that's the best guess we have anyway).

This problem been happening to me too..ever since the bf4 beta..when i get the dx error i cant restart the game unless i restart my pc then i can go back to the game. u gotta do what the guy said above and delete that profile thingy. but it leaves your video settings at auto..which i hated..i play on ultra. 😕 campaign was 4 hours.

Mine was doing it also but i did a clean install of the latest Nvidia driver 331.65 and it has been fine ever since..i played for 5 hours today and no probs

Sorry but I have no issues at all.....

At least at the moment, just bought the game yesterday, played 2 hours on it (joined random rooms), no crashes or anything so far.
