amitabhbansal, there are few headphones that will do surround sound, and fewer still, that will cover all the systems.
The Sony Pulse Elite does Virtual Surround on the PS3/4 and PC, and focus on Bass, gaming, and action. They sound good for movies too, but they aren't the best audio fidelity, the Sennheisers are built on better fidelity elements, but both are enjoyable.
The Sennheiser uses a 3D Surround processor driven from a USB device, for the PC, it is unlikely it will work on the PS3/PS4 - the Sennheiser docs list only PC support.
If you are going to game, watch movies, and stream video more on the PC then get the Sennheiser's, if you are going to split across the PS3/4 and PC then I would get both - that is why I have several sets of headphones, there isn't one that does it all.
The Turtle Beach gaming Headphones are great on the PS/Xbox, and work on the PC too, but to move the decoder / stand to the PC and back to the PS/Xbox would be a pain, so I use other headphones on the PC / Mac / Android and yet another set on the TV.
You started out looking for headphones to use on the PC, and the Sennheisers have a chance of being the best for the PC. But, you have to make sure you can return them if the Sennheiser USB Device doesn't work well on the G750 USB 3.0 / Windows 8.1. Call / email Sennheiser to make sure they will work.
It's too bad the headphone jack is messed up, you would be able to use Toslink for all the devices, and run them through a Receiver with Toslink and you could drive normal headphones.
The Sony's are great on the PS4, and work fine on the PC, so they are a good choice, just not as good as the PC only Sennheisers with Surround support in their USB device.
