I have no idea where to post this. I am a new user and every time I tried posting my problem on this forum I get access denied...so I apologize if this is the wrong way to do it. I also tried posting a photo of my problem but denied as well. Anyway...
I recently bought Asus Rog Strix G G731GU
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz 16GB RAM NVIDIA GeFore GTX 1660 Ti @ 6GB (192bit)
Win 10 pro
at first it worked fine and then I noticed that the sound is out of sync. When I play youtube video, for example, after few minutes the sound is late about a second but after an hour it's late to 2-3 seconds. It's extremely annoying at this point.
I tried: - updating windows - updating ALL the drivers - updated BIOS to latest version - chipset too - I put "high performance" in power and battery settings. For some reason windows keeps switching to "balanced" so I set it to "high" again trough device manager settings and now that's the only option - I disabled CPU throttling - Sound troubleshooter didn't find anything as well - under sound settings I disabled audio enchantments and "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" - checked registry for errors - non found
At this point I was desperate and thought maybe I installed something that I shouldn't have so I reinstalled windows again and the problem is still here. I don't know what to do. Can someone please please HELP ME!
