ASUS ROG GX700VO Refiling Watercooling System

Hi, I am an owner of an ASUS ROG GX700VO and when the computer is connected to the cooling base, an incessant "beep" "beep" "beep" appears.
I think it's time to replace the watercooling fluid but I do not know how to do it or where to buy it because I do not know what liquid it uses.

Where can I get this information?

Best regards.

Hi @davemon50
I really appreciate your answer, in fact you have given the only comment.

I have good news. I have managed to fix it by myself. After dismount and mount the base again and again, I have managed to find the error.
I'll just say that it does not surprise me that Asus does not want us to touch his components.

As I have "breached" this premise of Asus commented by @davemon50 I do not know if it goes against the rules of the forum to post the answer, however if someone else happens this problem I can tell him my experience.

Please help me with your solution, I am having the same issue. Thanks

I'm on the same page as you were with the liquid cooling dock. Please an image showing the procedures will be gladly appreciated.

Hi, i experience the same issue, do you have a manual how to disassemble the docking station?

I'm glad to hear you got this fixed. You sound just like me, like a dog with a bone I keep at it over and over until I get it fixed. Never say die. 🙂 BTW, this is a user's forum and I doubt anyone from Asus is going to gasp at you providing your own solution even if they did read this.

Having a horrible experience with the Dock. The Dock started alarm sound early this year. Initially I thought I broke it due to power surge. Also with nothing on the internet regarding the issue, started using the laptop without dock.
Then read the user manual and found out that it is due to low liquid level.
Called Asus service centre and tried to explain the situation, but they really didn't have any knowledge of the product. Then took the dock to an Asus service centre, where they said they don't repair docks. Then after a few Escalation calls and mails went to the same centre after few days and handed over the dock to them which they really weren't keen on taking and looked at it like an alien ship. After 2.5 months they said nothing can be done to repair the product and the whole dock has to be replaced.
Explained them that it is a simple process of Refilling the coolant but they didn't have any knowledge of the same.
Since I was out of warranty, the replacement cost had to be borne by me. They asked me to pay 36000 rupees (600$) for the replacement.

Decided not to spend that much amount and try to refill it myself. I've opened the dock. But there is nothing inside the reservoir. It only has a spring inside it. I'm unsure if the liquid has to be filled there or in the centre part with Asus logo to which all the pipes are connected. Also confused as don't think there is an outlet in the reservoir. Should the liquid be poured in the part containing the spring or should it be poured from the hole for screw.

Any help would be much appreciated...
