I have had this gaming laptop since 2014, and it was working perfectly until I stopped using it after getting my MacBook. In 2023, when my son was in 7th grade, he wanted to use it for his YouTube channel, so I let him have it. For a few months, up until summer, it worked perfectly, but then it started having issues. It turns off after about 20 minutes of use and makes a clicking sound. I'm not sure if it's overheating or if a virus has caused the problem, but it randomly shuts down every 20 minutes. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
