Asus rog g752vy-gc263t battery and 'repair manual' questions

Hi to all,

I'm about to buy the ASUS ROG G752VY-GC263T.

But I have questions. Hope you can help me.

1. The Battery is not removable. Normally when you remove memory or harddisc it is recommended to disconnect all powersources.
What about the battery? I can not disconnect it. I never had a notebook with a not removable battery. Is this a Problem?

2. Is there any possiblity to download a service manual (not user manual!) for this notebook?

Thank you. But this is the user manual. what i ment is a manual where it is described how to disassemble the device properly.
Also the components of the netbook are specified in detail.
