ASUS ROG G750JS CPU problem

I am running with i7 4700HQ processor and i notice my high temperatures in idle, 50-52C. From time to time they jump to 62-64 for 1-3 seconds and then they get back to 50-52C. CPU load is really low and i have no idea why my processor is working at 800mhz and then jump to 2.500mhz and get back to 800mhz. Right now while i am typing this my processor is working at 2.5-2.7k mhz and only chrome and skype are active. Also i just pre-installed my windows and restored bios default settings.

Does anyone know whats going on with my i7? Why is so buggy?

The switching in cpu frequency is because your power plan is probably at balanced. then the cpu give more power whenever it needs it. Mine does exactly the same thing here. that being said your idle temperature is higher then mine but i use intel extreme tuning utility to lower my voltages for the cpu and i repasted my cpu here so my idle temps are round 40 degrees celsius. try that intel XTU and lower your voltages and see if the idle temps drop. the settings i chenged are dynamic cpu voltage offset to -68,35 mV and processor cache voltage offset -68,35mV. also i increased the multpliers here: 1 active core 36x, 2active cores 35x, 3 and 4 active cores both at 34x.
Hope this helps

Hey man, take a look at mine. Is everything ok? Should i change something?

Also do you have any idea why my "Disable turno boost" is not active?

its a bit of an older version this 6.00 there was a version 7 wich worked better but the guy who developed it got fed up cause no 1 send him donations for his work so he stopped for now. im not sure what you are doing right now cause i do see a bit of load on yours. Why your disable tubro boost is greyed out i cant tll you why that is. also your multiplier reads 63T instead of the 34T or 36T it should read
