Asus ROG G550JK suddenly turned off

So, I bought G550JK about 1.5 months ago. Yesterday I played Insurgency on G550JK, Plugged in and using a notebook cooler. In the middle of the game suddenly it went off. When I press the turn on button, it wont work. Unplug the AC, still dont work. And at the end I tried to remove the battery to see if it will fix the problem like common laptops, but no. Nothing happens.

You know it is very weird, a brand new laptop got this kind of problem. If anyone willing to help, please reply:)
Thank you!

Hi ROG19,
You can try doing what's called a "Hard Reset".
First unplug power adapter an the battery, and any peripherals you may have plugged in to any USB ports.
Next hold down the power button for 60 seconds, then replace the battery, and power adapter.
Then you can try to power on your notebook.

Hopefully this will work, and good luck.

Well I guess the next step is to RMA for warranty repair.
May be a bad motherboard is my guess.
Seems that you have a defective NB, needs repair from the Asus service center.
Sorry that you are experiencing this issue, hopefully RMA service shouldn't take long.
You need to contact Asus customer service and setup a RMA ticket for repairs.
