Hi,
I've been trying to load Windows XP on a ROG g16 Strix, but the BIOS doesn't recognise the Boot loader of WIndows XP , but it shows the USB where the XP installer is located. The Boot menu only shows the Windows 11 Pro & not Windows XP (USB Stick)
I have disabled the Secure Boot and Fast boot, but there doesn't seem to be an option for CSM nor Legacy anywhere in the BIOS.
I just want to install XP on a USB stick and boot it from the USB stick itself for a bare metal experience and not a virtualization software which doesn't work correctly on top of win 11 PRO.
Is there a way for the bootloader to show Windows XP, such as patching the XP for UEFI?

Yes I've tried VMware which is very slow on windows 11 due to the Microsoft Defender's Core Isolation. Even after disabling it seems to be 70% faster but lags when I use a browser. The VMware can't run Windows XP smoothly at all. Although I tried to boot the USB stick on a very Old Asus laptop (K551) it showed a black screen, with third party tool such as easy2boot I could get the windows XP installer to show up but then it crashed with a BSOD.
