1) You can make a USB Bootable Windows with the
Media Creation Tool of Microsoft (Windows 7/8 or 10) you need to select Windows 8 or 10 with Single language linked to your platform, the encrypted license key is inside your UEFI bios, you can find this one by using tool like
rweverything go to ACPI, check MSDM and you will find your key linked to your laptop.
2) Make a list of every drivers you need (Device manager, copy past their ID on google for example) and check each component brand, take their last update, it take time but at least you know that you have the last know update and a system more fresh/clean without any extra software.
