ASUS Nvidia 311.00 new driver for G75VX

Just so that it is noted, ASUS officially released the 311.00 driver for the G75VX:

I installed it and will start testing.

I wish it was the latest driver though.

Didn't Nvidia already update the to 314.07 a week ago or so, i know Asus have their own tweaks but the Nvidia drivers have always worked for me.

The standard nvidia driver doesn't work with the g75 does it? You have to have a modded inf file?

I been using the standard Nvidia drivers since i got my laptop last July and The drivers on Asus downloads page were always weeks behind plus their numbering system is hard to follow as they never match the Nvidia driver numbers, or if the did they were behind in updating the downloads page, as i download the drivers from Asus one time and when i went to install it told me i had newer drivers. so i didn't bother getting them from Asus after that.
