Asus g75VW VIA Audio Sound driver for Windows 10 Preview

I just wanted to share these drivers that works for me while using Windows 10
The VIA audio software is buggy but all functions will be able to be controlled in Windows
Open Playback Device - Right click on Speakers - properties
There you go all settings VIA Audio Software got
I don't know a lot about these drivers just found them while searching around
All speakers plays together
Remember to enable 2.1 Channel under Enhancements and set the speakers to 5.1 surround under Configure in Playback devices
Hopes other will get it to work

The drivers is working well but still got some problems like the subwoofer isnt totally active and the speakers isn't loud at all but enought to make you able to hear them 🙂

Curious, running this exe (after running it through VirusTotal.com of course) it says "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher." I'm running WIndows 10 on G75VW.

Can anyone tell what VIA audio chipset I have on this model?

Hi Rog friends! i have just updated my G75vw from windows 7 to Windows 10 ... and had the same problem, but found this web site and used the driver from there on the via one... and worked like a champ! http://www.driverscape.com/manufacturers/asus/laptops-desktops/g75vw/463

Don't worry i spoke with Asus today. Around 1-2 Weeks then they will release the full supported drivers for Windows 10 on their website 😄

After we have been waiting the drivers will release the Sound drivers in around 1-2 Weeks. I just spoke with them today! 😄

Are the new drivers going to be able to give us back the bass bottom and the amazing sound that the machine had before? Did they give you any specifics I just dont have the patients to call them anymore especially after having to fix my own machine.

This is the first I have heard about Amazing sound from any of these G Series notebooks??? Hopefully Asus will get us a working Audio Driver? I don't hold out much hope myself and plan at this point to stay on 8.1 with my G75VW. I have 10 on one of my desktops and for my notebook I don't see anything that I am missing out on with 10

I'm still having problems with the sound not working correctly.. its been a long time and still no support. or drivers for it.. and now win 10 drivers...

Asus does not support window 10 on these older models, if you upgrade your on your own. the solution user have come up with are posted if you figure out something please post it.
