Good Morning!
Is it possible to replace stock 256GB SSD Liteonit LAT-256MS3 in Asus G75VW (Model came with 256GB SSD + 1TB Seagate ST1000LM024 HDD) to WD WD5000BPKX, 7200rpm, 16MB (Sign "WD Black BPKX" not "WD Scorpio Black BPKT" is any difference between them? (also both of them not Veloci Raptor models) ). Because recently insallation of IMSM driver on G72GX with WD Blue 500GB BPVX caused BSOD's and Windows 7 Updates, Windows 7 Troubleshooter where not working. However if not install IMSM with WD Blue 500GB BPVX, G72GX works fine no BSODS, Windows 7 Updates, WIndows 7 Troubleshhoter works. With stock Seagate Momentus 5400 500GB all ok, and IMSM installation not causing this issues. (Here is listed issue:

So WD HDD's are not fully supported in Asus ROG Laptops? Will this WD WD5000BPKX, 7200rpm, 16MB (Sign "WD Black BPKX") will work as system drive in my G75VW fully with all Asus Drivers? I want just replace my SSD on it and also remain stock 1TB Seagate ST1000LM024 HDD in 2nd bay. Another question is, how to fully prepare G75 to this swap, and copy all system with restoration of all partitions(including Recovery partition F8), I want the entire system in 'factory out of box' condition with all Asus programs(TurboGear, Live Update, etc.), I also have Asus recovery DVD sets that where included in box. Am I need to launch AI Recovery Utility (there are 3 options Backup to DVD/BD, Create ISO backup files for DVD, Create ISO backup files for Blu-ray disc) what is recommended to choose in my case? Will Asus recovery DVD automatically allocate partitions including recovery partition (F8) with their sizes on new HDD, so I will not need to enter each partition size manually? As current SSD is 256 GB, OS(C) drive is 95.3, (D) drive 117GB, (E,F) which is Seagate 1TB ST1000LM024 HDD are both 465GB, but the WD WD5000BPKX is 500GB, will Asus Recovery exactly automatically allocate partition sizes in that case. Maybe there is available a manual to do this operation correctly? Thanks in advance!
P.S.
Does WD Veloci raptor (WD5000BHTZ) are more reliable than WD WD5000BPKX? I suppose that higher rotation speed will reduce it's life time and a broken sectors will appear more frequently. And the last question maybe it's better to purchase x2 WD WD5000BPKX or system will work with no changes if in 2nd bay remain 1TB Seagate ST1000LM024 HDD. Could you also recommend another options (HDD's with at least 7200RPM, reliability is more important, as current 256GB SSD Liteonit due to standard issues formed about 8000 broken sector)
