Hello

I checked the from before i post this.I just had my laptop yesterday but my friend forgot the dvd from the box so i made a clean Windows10 installion and everything is fine.

But sound is so unrich..i clicked the realtek hd control panel and there is sonic studio tab but its just a picture named sonic studio user interface.I can not see any option or do anything in there.

The drivers that i used is from asus support page.I tried everything i could 😞

Can you guys help me, how can i activate sonic studio and make laptops sound better.

P.S : ( also some links in this forum is death.Could not downloaded them which sonic studio integrated realtek drivers and it would be nice if someone upload the right driver)

Model : G752VY-GC100D

Thanks for your time.

Regards,

You can either beg the sonic studio from one of the members who have it, deal without it, use the factory image on the drive to retore it to original factory state. There are no restore DVDs shipped with anything anymore.
Single largest support related issue on this forum.......People doing "Clean Installs" and ending up with a dirty machine that doesn't work correctly. My challenge still stands for anyone with the same machine to run benchmarks with no overclocking, just machine with software against the other. Your 'Clean Install" against my factory image with unwanted items uninstalled.

as JustinThyme said ask someone to upload the G752VY Esupport folder then u can reinstall all the original software , even if u install from the G752 download page u will still be missing some software as u need the original files to upgrade some items. There is No Bloat wear on any G752.

I think justin get angry to me, dunno why.I just format c and d and installed windows 10 on it.( machine was free dos and honestly i get old to do right moves 🙂 ) Everything is fine also i found sonic studio 2.Its working ok just sound is coming liitle low to me from speakers.Everyone is saying speakers is not so good or is it just a wrong driver problem or something.

Lol. Justin isn't angry on you, he's just angry on clean installations in general because, 'don't fix something if it ain't broke!'.

No Ill feelings Brother. How can I be angry with you when I dont even know you?

As the others have said no point in fixing something that isn't broke. The reason I restated my challenge is the number one reason people give for doing a clean install is to remove bloatware and enhance performance.
These machines actually have no bloatware, maybe some things you wont use that are easily uninstalled with all traces wiped clean with something like CCleaner. The only piece of software that is actually detrimenal is the Gamefirst III. Its proven to be 100% fail!

The only ASUS machines I've seen with excessive bloatware are those sold by Best Buy in the US. Then they still don't need to have the drives wiped and OS reinstalled.

Back to speakers, Ive stated my opinion on Laptop/Notebook speakers on more than one occasion. They suck. All you can do is monkey with software and settings and make them suck less but in the end they still suck. The G752 series for some reason is worse than the G751. I use a nice BT speaker or headphones/earbuds.

How on earth did you get a machine with Free Dos on it? They dont ship that way regardless of where you are.

Laptop.bg from Bulgaria, my friends whos working in there bought it and took it to here.

I was using a lenovo laptop and there was small jbl spearkers on it, sound was sick otherwise i am agree about spearkers.

Thanks for infos and head up, i am near my 40s forgot a lot of sharp points on software and hardware 🙂

Anyways, take care.

Here is a post with a link to the esupport directory from my G752VY-T7049T. Sonic Suite 2 is in there somewhere 🙂

Did also a clean installation on my G752VY two weeks ago and had the same problem.

I wrote to ASUS support and they provided me a link for downloading Sonic Studio 2.

First I was unable to get Sonic Studio 2 installed. I tried the Realtek driver provided by MS Windows 10. Then I tried both drivers from the ASUS download section for my G752VY without success.

So I wrote to ASUS support again. They provided me another download link for a NEWER Realtek driver 🙂 ! Now Sonic Studio 2 is up and running.

I don't know if I am allowed to post these links, so you should write to ASUS support to get your drivers.
