Asus g751 vertical line of blue pixels

Hey,

I just noticed after starting my g751 a vertical line of blue pixels. I didn't change any programm in the last few days. Reinstalling the graphic drivers didn't help. Maybe anyone has an idea how I can fix this problem 😕 I bought the notebook only 1 year ago, so I still have 1 year warrenty left in germany.

Edit: It's not appearing on an extern display, also I cannot make a screenshot of it, so I guess its not a software issue.

Sounds like a bad LCD panel. Is the line present when in the Bios? If it is, the panel is bad

I cannot see it if I open the BIOS. You can only see it on a white (blue lineof Pixels) or red background (black line of Pixels).

I still would lean to bad LCD panel. Chances are that it is there just not as noticeable. I would RMA since it is still in warranty.

Calling Asus Support on monday, do I have to send my power unit in as well if I send it to them to repair it?
