Asus G750JX Question CPU Temp

Hi guys ! I have an Asus ROG G750JX, and i have a question about my CPU Temperature which is at 50° on the desktop and 65-70° on a game (Starcraft 2 for exemple), These values are normal or there is a problem ?

70 while gaming is fine. 50 while idle is higher than what I have (40), but that would depend a lot on ambient temperatures where you live. All in all, with such low temp under load you have nothing to worry about.

Here are my temperatures after just playing BF4 😉

Not as high as yours is right now.... so i dont know. Im running now on "High Performance" battery settings.

Maybe play around with those settings and see if that changes anything?

Did u install the CPU update? When i had it unplugged a couple of weeks ago, it did not come above the 0,77Ghz no matter what battery setting i used... Anyway make sure everything is up to date.

Hey ! 🙂 Thanks for answered my question, I haven't upgrade the cpu, where can i download it ?
Ps : i've just bought BF4 too ! xD so i would like to play in nice condition.

If u did not update your bios to 208 version then please do.

Hey Blapx, my bios is the 208 version but i didnt upgrade the cpu. Actually, im installing BF4, and i can heard the fan. The temperature are about 45 50°.
edit : DId you OC the CPU Blapx ?

Nope, did OC nothing this far. Because laptop is running great on its own 😄

Maxed out everything for BF4 in Nvidia Display Panel, so its even more boss then just the regular "in-game" settings 😉

Im gonna go fish now, i will check back later 2night when im home if u have any succes!

I am currently at the fishwater right now. But i will upload my bf4 nvidia settings later tonight. Laptop @ home and currently on the phone 😉

About the cpu, i was actually talking about the bios update 208.... that did wonders for me. But u already have it. Other then that i got the intel xtreme something (program) where i can OC the cpu... but not messed around with that as i am pleased with performance right now.
