ASUS G750JX game crash?!

Hello,

i bought a 8month old ASUS G750JX and everytime when i play Dota 2 or Rust, first i see different colours flicker on my Display and then the Game crashes, i must end it with TASK Manager, this isnt normal or? The Seller got refreshed gpu, fan and more of the Notebook.

How can i solve the Problem??

Pls help i dont have warranty for a 2. Hand Notebook, ASUS Warranty isnt nice.

the temps arent the Problem, all temps are fine..

i already reinstalled clean Windows but the Problem is still here.

wildcluper, it sounds like you should return it immediately for another unit. This one has a hardware problem with video/GPU.

If you just got it, take it back to the seller and ask for your money back. If he got an Asus RMA replacement of the GPU/etc then it wasn't enough to fix the problem. He should take back the laptop and give you your money back.

If the guy won't take it back, file a Technical Inquiry with Asus and ask for an RMA to repair the video/GPU problem. Explain the situation, try to get the RMA info from the guy that sold you the laptop so you can reference his repair, and ask Asus to fix it.

You could do an F9 reset to reload the OS to see if it is a software problem, and Asus may ask you to do this before returning for repair, but from your description it is likely not going to be fixed with a software change.

yeah i would like to return it for repair but i dont have warranty because i bought it on Ebay... i already asked a ASUS Support for repair and they told me that only the first Buyer got the 2years Warranty, other people who bought it from the first buyer dont have this Warranty...

what can i do? I got scammed... 😞

if i return it to another Repairstation they would get paid for this, and i dont want to pay so much :S

Ebay has a conflict resolution procedure for bad transactions like this, contact Ebay and explain what happened, tell them you want to return the laptop and get your money back. If you used Paypal for the transaction they can get the money back, stop the transfer to the seller. Ebay should handle it all for you, but if they don't then call Paypal.

Do this all right away, there is a window of time to resolve this and it is expiring, so try to get this all done quickly.

its not normal Ebay its Ebay classifieds we got this here in Germany... so ebay cant do anything this is the worse thing here... what could you recommend me to do now? :S Iam really frustrated

wildcluper, IDK what the difference is, but Paypal is still Paypal, call them 🙂

Ebay is Ebay, contact them and explain the problem. Here is the Ebay Buyer protection info:

Look at the ebay Classifieds site you purchased from, and find the dispute resolution section there.

you dont pay with PayPal there, you just drive to the privat seller and you buy it from him personal. I Changed my MSI Ge60 and paid 120€ more for this ASUS, but i think i got scammed very well. Its not so easy as you think... and sry for my bad english, i think you got problems to read it very well hehe 🙂

isnt there another way to solve this Problem? 😕 How cna i do a f9 reset? But i already installed new clear Windows 8.1 so it isnt a software issue, right?
