Intel extreme tunning utility program shoved that my cpu reached 99C temperature and ~4000rpm of cooler while I was rendering a project. I know it those temperatures ar e not normal, but maybe anyone knows anything that I can do without taking computer to warranty?

Extrymas21, it is a known issue with the Optimus G750's, with the GPU on the CPU active, as when rendering on Adobe Premiere, and a number of other similar programs, the CPU heats up and thermally throttles - which means you aren't getting full power / throughput when rendering.

I hope the XTU info on how to undervolt, run the cores at 99% to disable Turbo, and set the Core Multipliers helps you. You can also tune the number of cores being used by setting the Affinity of the process that starts the rendering processes.
The first thing to try is to set up Intel XTU and set Core 3/4 multiplier to 30x instead of 32x - that seems to be enough to drop the temps on 100% load for rendering. Undervolting can help a bit more. To compensate you can also set the Core 0 to 36x - single threaded load.
