I have black lines in the screen if i use it only in battery mode too (in black images)....

Skedar, uninstall Asus Splendid, you don't need it. If you are running Windows 8, go to the Displays control panel and set the magnification to 100%, it defaults to 125% causing desktop screen anomalies. If you have a Chi Mei screen, set the refresh to 100hz, if you have a AUO screen set the refresh to 70hz and the display brightness to 75%.
Explain more plainly what you have and what the rest of the problem(s) are. What G750 do you have? The JW/JX/JH or the JM/JS/JZ ?
If you have Windows 8.0, you will want to do all the Windows Updates, and then download all the updated Windows 8.1 drivers from the G750JM/JS/JZ download areas, and then go into the Store App to upgrade to Windows 8.1, and finally do all the Windows Updates for Windows 8.1.
