Just get a HDMI to DVI adapter? Something like this?

You should double check if that's the one you need though. I use the HDMI output on my G55 to connect to my DVI only dell monitor. Also, you're in the wrong section, as this thread is dedicated to the newer G75, G55 series..

Of course I thought of that but according to ASUS (phone support) it wont work...
